We are looking for an experienced CLASS A Truck Driver with Doubles Endorsement.

Home Daily, Nighttime linehaul

$2000.00 Sign on bonus

Responsibilities: Haul trailers from FedEx Ground locations to other FedEx Ground facilities. Inspect vehicles for mechanical items and safety issues and perform preventative maintenance. Plan routes and meet delivery schedules. Document and log work/rest periods and miles spent driving.
Comply with truck driving rules and regulations (size, weight, route designations, parking and break periods) as well as with company policies and procedures. Maneuver trucks into loading or unloading positions. Collect and verify delivery instructions. Report defects, accidents or violations.

Skills: Proven work experience as a truck driver, hands on experience with electronic equipment and software (GPS, ELD Units, Etc.), as well as the ability to drive at night.
Extensive knowledge of applicable truck driving rules and regulations with no recent moving or driving violations. Adaptability and foresight to handle unexpected situations (traffic, weather conditions, etc.). Valid Class A License with doubles endorsement.
Must have at least 1 Year of verifiable driving experience in the last three years, or 3 years out of the last 10 years. Must be able to pass DOT drug and physical test.
Must be able to pass FedEx background check.’
