What are we looking for?
We are looking for professional drivers with at least 2 years of experience who will receive weekly pay, insurance benefits, and paid vacation.
Our Company Driver Package
· Pay
o Reefer = $0.70cpm
o Dry Van = $0.65cpm
o $2,000- $2,400 average weekly take-home pay
o Average Weekly miles 3,000+
o All dispatched miles paid – Loaded & Unloaded
·Freight
o Dry Van & Reefer
o 99% No touch
·Home time
2 Weeks- 2 days at home
3-5 Weeks out Florida, Texas
·Operating Area
o All 48 states
o Primarily staying in the Midwest, East & South
o Coast to Coast team runs are available
·Bonuses and Extras
o Non-forced dispatch
o Paid vacation – 1 week after 1 year
o Clean inspection bonuses
§ Level 1 = $1000
§ Level 2 = $600
§ Level 3 = $300
o Breakdown = $150 per day
o Pets are allowed

o Paid by direct deposit weekly- Friday
§ Tuesday – Monday pay period
o $200 Cash advance available weekly

Orientation
o Quick 1 Day Orientation (3-4 hours)
o Private Hotel Room Provided
o Flight, Bus, or Train provided for Orientation
How to Qualify
· Possess a Current Class A CDL
· Have a minimum of 2 years of recent OTR experience
· Be at least 23 years of age
· No more than 1 at-fault accident in the last 5 years
· No more than 3 jobs in the last year
· No DUIs, DWI’s or Sap Programs
